Who can participate in the conference?

All ICN Advocacy Working Group Members and NGAs will select their representatives to attend the Workshop. Due to capacity constraints, the number of attendees is limited to two in-person delegates per agency and one NGA from each member jurisdiction.

Will interpretation services be provided during the conference?

No interpreting services will be available. The conference will be held in English. Unfortunately, due to limited capacities, bringing your personal interpreter may not be possible.

What are the visa requirements for my stay in Kenya?

How do I register for the Workshop?

Complete the online registration form on the Workshop website. Upon validation of the data provided, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration.

I have already registered but I cannot attend. Can I cancel or transfer my registration?

If you cannot attend the conference, you should inform the organizers as soon as possible ( icnaw2024@cak.go.ke ).

Registration cannot be transferred without the CAK’s authorization.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Only the plenary sessions will be recorded.

Are there any COVID-19 restrictions?

No, there are not any restrictions in force.
